As a result of our rapid growth, we are looking for an Inbound Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns that improve the middle and bottom-line of the sales funnel. The role is responsible for activities such as SEO content writing, email, conversational and mass marketing. The role will also be responsible for maintaining measurable analytics to identify weaknesses and find ways to improve performance across digital channels, while staying up-to-date on latest marketing technologies. The role reports to the Demand Generation Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Help form the SEO content strategy.
• Thoroughly research industry-related topics to grow non-branded traffic that drives sales.
• Collaborate with various teams including Product Marketing, Media, Operations, and more to implement SEO tactics.
• Research, develop and execute (or delegate) SEO recommendations and tasks, from link-building requests to technical SEO tickets, on-page/content optimization roadmaps, authority development and pillar creation.
• Create and/or optimize content through keyword and landing page analysis, and use competitive research to help form SEO content strategy.
• Manage the planning, execution and optimisation of lead generation campaigns (email, conversational marketing and any other digital channel) with a focus on Demand Generation KPIs
• Collaborate with the SEO & Paid Advertising Manager to drive SEO traffic to company pages
• Collaborate with the SEO & Paid Advertising Manager to assist with Advertising as needed
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops to optimise nurturing campaigns and deliver campaign performance reports to the Demand Generation Team Leader and other senior stakeholders
• Assist in SEO KPIs reporting.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the SaaS landscape or in a high-growth startup environment.
• Excellent communicator (i.e: English-proficient, able to get buy-in from internal stakeholders, able to build sustainable relationships across multiple teams.)
• Self-starter with a high level of ownership.
• Deep knowledge of search engine optimization with a passion for staying on top of the SERPs and proving organic ROI.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple work requests, internal stakeholders and external vendors).
• Familiarity with Search Console, Google Analytics and basic SEO/SEM tools.
• Familiarity with Wordpress and Hubspot.
• Strong copywriting skills and demonstrable experience creating rank-worthy content.
• Passion for finding the underlying story of search initiatives and tying it back to core business objectives, with a focus on sales.
