Requirements
- Strong communication skills ā verbal and written (this role requires coordination across Sales and Marketing)
- Basic project management skills ā ability to manage multiple small tasks and keep campaigns running on schedule
- Good understanding of business communication, email marketing tools, CRM systems (ex: Hubspot, Salesforce)
- Ownership mindset ā ability to work independently, stay organized, and push initiatives forward without daily oversight
- Bonus: Prior exposure to working in Marketing, Sales, or Operations teams (even internships or projects)
Responsibilities
- Assist the Field Marketing team in executing webinars, virtual events, and outbound campaigns
- Coordinate campaign logistics ā follow-up with MDRs/AEs, update campaign trackers, monitor lead SLAs
- Support in building reports, analyzing lead conversion metrics, and preparing basic campaign summaries
- Help drive operational tasks such as campaign QA checks, lead list management, follow-up email drafts
- Opportunity to learn how Field Marketing ties into demand generation, sales acceleration, and pipeline creation

The major goal is to give you real exposure to the operations and execution behind revenue-driving Field Marketing programs ā and help you build hands-on experience that translates into real business impact. We are aspiring to be a category-defining product; any effort from you to achieve this is deeply appreciated.

- A strong resume/portfolio with any Marketing/Business projects or relevant coursework will be a filter to shortlist applications
- A short assignment or case study to understand your operational thinking and communication skills
