[Hiring] Digital Marketing Manager @Doxee

Doxee S.p.A. is an high-tech and international company specialized products for Customer Communications Management (CCM), Digital Customer Experience and Dematerialization.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

You will be hired in our Marketing Department and reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will have to contribute to the development, implementation, and optimization of our digital marketing strategy and efforts.

In this role, you must attract and delight Doxee website visitors and lead generation strategies. You will also work closely with the Product Management and Marketing team boosting the digital inbound funnel.

The successful candidate will also have to promote our company’s products and services over different channels, including websites, social media, third-party sites, etc.

You should develop effective digital marketing strategies to achieve our company’s goals and objectives. 

YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF:

• Contribute to and develop strategic & functional digital strategies to engage with customers and build the Doxee web presence;
• Understand our business and overall marketing goal to design a digital marketing strategy Plan, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy;
• Design, plan, and execute the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy and efforts;
• Lead, supervise, and motivated members of the digital marketing team;
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices;
• Provide inventive designs for content marketing fit for digital channels;
• Work together with Web Developers and Designers (internal and agencies) to maximize user experience, increase web traffic and optimize conversion;
• Coordinate with social media, sales, and agencies in regard to online adverts;
• Lead and contribute to digital creative and innovative initiatives to enable a better impact of our campaigns and enhance the notoriety of Doxee in our marketplace and in the minds of our key audience;
• Ensure the proper and secure functioning and maintenance of Doxee websites;
• Preparing accurate reports on the campaign performances, and on the important metrics that affect our website traffic (mainly using Google Analytics and Hubspot);
• Track and measure SEO;
• Plan and execute the SEM advertising campaigns (focus on paid search, display and retargeting adv);
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience;
• Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels;
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

MORE ABOUT YOU:

 

• 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
• 5 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
• Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
• You have Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices;
• You have 5 years of hands-on experience with SEO, SEM (especially paid search, display and retargeting advertising), Google Analytics and Google Search Console ;
• Google Analytics and Google ADS certifications are highly preferred ;
• You have solid knowledge of website, inbound and marketing tools: Wordpress, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, Hubspot;
• You have experience with A/B and multivariate experiments;
• You are up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing;
• You have basic knowledge of HTML;
• You have great interpersonal and communication skills;
• You are an outstanding communicator with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills;
• You have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and various digital marketing channels.
