Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development:

• Conduct intensive research to gain an in-depth understanding of all buyer personas, focusing on potential and existing clients seeking insurance-based solutions to achieve their financial goals.
• Analyze topic trends and consumer thoughts to inform content strategy development, considering the various stages of the Customer Value Journey for financial goal achievement.
• Craft content pillars and sub-pillars that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience and target markets.
• Plan and maintain the editorial calendar, ensuring content propositions are strategically scheduled to achieve business goals and address the specific needs and desires of our target audience seeking financial solutions.

Content Planning and Execution:

• Collaborate with the Content Marketing Executive, creative teams, and writers to execute the content strategy effectively, incorporating insights from the Customer Value Journey
• Oversee the writing tone and style guide for all content, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand voice, while considering the preferences and expectations of our target audience seeking financial solutions.
• Develop content governance guidelines and ensure they are followed to maintain brand integrity and build a long-term relationship with customers pursuing their financial objectives.

Content Audit and Performance Tracking:

• Conduct regular content audits to evaluate the performance and impact of published content, identifying opportunities for improvement throughout the Customer Value Journey
• Track and measure content ROI to gauge the effectiveness of content marketing efforts, focusing on maximizing customer lifetime value and financial success.

Consumer Engagement and Business Objectives:

• Develop content strategies that engage audiences at all stages of the Customer Value Journey for financial goal attainment, addressing their needs and pain points to build a lasting relationship.
• Ensure content strategy aligns with the company's business objectives and supports lead generation and customer conversion, considering the preferences and characteristics of our target markets seeking financial solutions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills,.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in creating and editing digital content across various multimedia and social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Proficiency in copywriting, content creation, and copy editing for diverse target audiences with a deep understanding of the Customer Value Journey for financial goal achievement.
• Skilled in graphic design, website design, illustration, UX, videography, and photography, enabling the creation of captivating content tailored to our target markets seeking financial solutions.
• Familiarity with software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Principle.
• A professional portfolio of work showcasing expertise in content creation and strategy, aligned with the Customer Value Journey for financial goal attainment.
• Experience in marketing campaigns, project management, and public/media/influencer relations, incorporating the preferences and desires of our target audience seeking financial solutions.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum project management processes including associated software of Jira, Clickup or similar solutions
• Familiarity with digital marketing functions, including SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, E-mail Marketing, and PPC Marketing, considering the Customer Value Journey, is a bonus.
• Familiarity with SEO tools, including Google Adwords and Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Search Console, Semrush, and Buzzsumo, is preferred.
