[Hiring] HR Manager / People Partner @GoReel

Responsibilities
— Work closely with B-level in people management;
— Running 1-on-1 meetings with team members (1-2 teams, approximately 20-40 employees for 1 HR, depends on the level);
— Identify and analyze team needs to develop and promote HR solutions, programs, and policies;
— Help and support processes in different offices, hubs and locations;
— Work with company branding, including development and further support/maintain;
— Maintain, prepare and up-to-date HR documents and spreadsheets (sometimes it can be a translation as well).

Requirements

— 3+ years of experience in IT HR management or People Partner role;
— Understanding of HR processes and procedures;
— Experience in holding 1-on-1 meetings, onboarding/offboarding processes and team’s support;
— Experience with Google Docs, HR CRMs, Jira package;
— Efficient multitasking and ability to work with priorities in a fast-paced environment;
— Attention to detail, self-disciplined, open to sharing and receiving feedback;
— Being proactive and independent in solving problems and suggesting solutions;
— Strong time management and organizational skills;
— English level upper intermediate is a must.

Would be a plus
— Background in psychology;
— Work with international teams;
— Experience in gambling, iGaming industries;
— Experience with HiBob and Workable.
