The Role
We are looking for a Credit Risk Manager to join Multiplier. The individual will be responsible for leading the credit risk function, by providing guidance and expertise along with identifying opportunities to optimise and strengthen our credit risk and reward framework.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Leading the global strategy for Credit Risk 
• Supporting and guiding team members, in line with business objectives 
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining credit policies globally 
• Working cross functionally across departments making sure procedures are being followed and there is alignment across the strategy 
• Undertaking assessments of the credit risk environment and reporting back to senior management 
• Monitoring any changes and communicating them effectively

What you'll need

• Experience in a startup environment
• Approx. 6+ years of experience in a similar role 
• Strong analytical, negotiation and influencing skills
• Data driven mindset
• Strong Communication skills 
• Strong understanding of the credit risk landscape and best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects in one go
