We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Preparing comprehensive financial reports and providing analysis to the management team

• Managing administrative tasks such as bill payments and ensuring timely payroll processing

• Handling various types of invoices (sales, purchases, etc.) and ensuring timely payments

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date bank statements and credit card bills

• Overseeing payroll processes and ensuring employee compensation is handled accurately and efficiently

• Preparing VAT declarations and ensuring compliance with all tax regulations

• Collaborating with the CEO to maintain smooth operations within the accounting department and providing support wherever needed.

Here's what we need from you:

• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Dutch Tax Law (mandatory).

• At least one year of experience in accounting (experience as a financial analyst is a plus)

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and ability to handle complex numerical data

• Up-to-date knowledge of financial trends and developments, both within our company and in the market at large

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong time-management skills and ability to work well under pressure

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: 1500-2500 EUR after taxes (depending on experience)
