[Hiring] Accounts Receivable/Bookkeeper @Clique

We’re looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper to help us manage accounts receivable and general ledger support. This would be a great opportunity for someone experienced in bookkeeping looking to either step back from a full-time role or looking to re-enter the workforce after a leave of absence. We are expecting a maximum workload about 20 hours per week, but likely 10-15. Days and hours are flexible.

Core skills

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to follow-up with clients regarding invoices
• Build relationships with clients in order to streamline billing efforts
• Collaborate with various internal departments
• Ability to adapt to various situations and changing needs
• Possess excellent time management and organizational competencies
• Ability to identify issues and propose recommendations/solutions

Craft skills

• Review, approve, and process invoices
• Create financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
• Proactively manage all Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and cash management
• Manage bank reconciliations/credit card reconciliations
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

• 2+ years of accounts receivable/bookkeeping experience
• Quickbooks experience a plus
• Working knowledge of enterprise software (like G Suite, Slack, Wrike)
