Job Summary:

The Sr. Manager, Creative reports to the VP of Marketing and brings deep expertise in designing and developing memorable and impactful creative that span all external facing marketing channels. The role will be directly responsible for bringing the brand to life through creative storytelling across platforms enabled through design, narrative, and visualizations. This person comes with experience in B2B SaaS or B2B tech and evolves the Movista brand vision by defining the brand strategy and overseeing the execution of all brand marketing activities. She/he is a brand champion and partners well with other functions to generate excitement both internally and externally for the Movista corporate brand and software products.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive collaboration and provide creative direction across the entire company with a trusted design sensibility that brings Movista to life across all brand assets.
  • Be an advocate for the Movista brand by providing brand guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evolve brand vision and strategy across all aspects including brand positioning, internal communications, product launches, field marketing and demand generation.
  • Manage graphic and visual projects from kickoff to final product, providing timelines and managing additional needs from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Update Brand/Style Guide as needed and maintain brand standards and processes to support and evolve the brand.
  • Manage asset filing, storing, and saving in accordance with team content management processes and industry best practices.
  • Support and create visual design guidelines, templates and processes for brand activations, events, and Movista's visual identity wherever it appears.
  • Produce compelling, high-value, branded presentations for both internal and external audiences in support of client acquisition, retention and growth.
  • Partner with videography/multimedia lead to ensure consistency of brand standards between all projects.
  • Partner with Demand Generation/Digital Marketing team to create a variety of content that serves to fill the funnel and move leads through the buyer's journey.
  • Collaborate with Product for logo design, graphics, etc. as needed for product developments and launches.
  • Remain updated on visual trends and competitor brand identities to provide updates to team when necessary to evolve Movista brand.
  • Routinely review existing visual design tools used by Movista against industry best practices and opportunities to improve team efficiency and creative quality. Provide recommendations for change when necessary.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time may be required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in brand management, design or creative, preferably in B2B SaaS or B2B tech.
  • Expertise in development of creative assets for digital and social media advertising, videos, presentations, artwork for trade shows, websites, and other channels.
  • Experience managing contractors and creative agencies. Experience collaborating across functional teams.
  • Portfolio of work with technology company in an agency or direct role. Examples of leading creative campaigns from strategy to execution.
  • Experience with brand launch or brand refresh is a huge plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Time management and decision-making skills.
  • Adaptability and accountability. Ability to work with a close team.
