You have
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer working with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Experience building and shipping products on both mobile and web within a large-scale, ambitious domain
  • Breadth of design skills - comfortable owning and balancing projects at various points of the product development lifecycle - product discovery all the way to implementation and measuring success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (can effortlessly outwit ChatGPT or Bard in a battle of puns and wordplay)
  • A data-driven mindset that results in intuitive outcomes for customers - you understand which decisions require extensive research and data to back them, and which don’t.

Engage with customers regularly, drive research initiatives, and incorporate customer feedback into designs. Use design tools like personas and journey maps to build a shared understanding of the customer with the team.
  • Design solutions across our product experience - Balance customer needs with business objectives and technical limitations, using your skills across research, user experience, interaction design, and visual design to create solutions. Employ a collaborative and iterative approach to improve designs.
  • Contribute to our product vision - Gather input from engineers, product managers, clinical advisors, leadership, and other designers to develop a journey-based approach to product design. Collaborate with the product team to prioritize and scope work.
