[Hiring] Senior/Lead UI/UX Designer @Binariks

Binariks is looking for a Senior/Lead UX/UI Designer. This person in perspective is going to lead Product Design (UI/UX) Competency within Binariks and become a part of the Solution team kickoffing Discovery Phases and Leading/Monitoring the existing projects following the best practices.
Responsibilities:

• Take part in Discovery and Pre-sale Phases 
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and product architecture to effectively communicate interaction.
• Be a part of some project team (part-time e.g.)
• Coaching/Mentoring other team members

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience (ISV, Enterprise)
• Experience in working with Adobe Photoshop, Sketch and Illustrator
• Design complete user experiences to meet the client's needs and vision.
• Time management skills, work organization and detail orientation
• Experience with such tools as Miro, Invision, Marvel, Figma, Sketch
• Knows how to work with product design vision, workshops, roadmaps etc. 
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Ability to learn quickly, responsibility, motivation, enthusiasm for technology,

Skills and Special Knowledge:

• Upper-intermediate English for communication with the customers
• Experience in Agile/SCRUM and iterative development lifecycles
