Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to understand customer needs and pain points

• Design user-centered solutions that meet the needs of our customers

• Conduct usability studies to validate designs and gather feedback

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, sales and marketing

• Continuously iterate and improve the design of our products

Preferred qualifications

• Experience using quantitative methods to aid decision making

• Background, BA or MSc in Design, UX, HCI, or related field. Preferred but not required

• Knowledge of the construction or the facility management industry is beneficial but not required

• 3+ years proven experience as a Product Designer

• Strong portfolio of work showcasing end to end user-centred design processes

• Experience conducting interviews and usability studies

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient in the use of design related tools like Figma

• Experience working with design systems. Even better if you have also built them

• Passion for problem-solving and a desire to make a positive impact on the construction and facility management industry
