We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer who specialises in Figma to join our team and assist us with our website design and other graphic requirements. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance our online presence and engage our audience.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma.
• Develop user-centric design solutions that align with our brand identity and target audience.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.
• Optimise website interfaces for maximum usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Provide creative input and recommendations for marketing collaterals such as decks and one-pagers.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficient in Figma with a strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with web design principles, including responsive design and mobile-first approach.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Experience in creating marketing collaterals such as decks and one-pagers is a bonus.
