What You'll Do
We are seeking an exceptional Lead Product Designer with a strategic mindset and a passion for user-centered design. As a key member of our founding team, you’ll shape the product vision and drive the design of impactful experiences in a fast-paced, startup environment. Experience with AI and LLM technologies is a plus, as you’ll have the opportunity to influence how advanced tech integrates with patient and doctor interactions.

• Oversee end-to-end design processes for complex product areas, balancing strategic vision with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform healthcare challenges into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
• Work with our AI teams to explore and integrate LLM and AI technologies into our products, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Set high standards for design quality, consistency, and usability across our product suite.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions.

What You'll Bring

• 7-12 years of experience in software product design, ideally with a strong portfolio demonstrating work on complex, enterprise-level products
• Proven experience designing for B2B SaaS products, particularly with large enterprise customers
• Deep expertise in one core area of design (UI/UX, interaction, or visual design) with strong competence across other design disciplines
• A passion for user-centered design, with the ability and interest in conducting research to inform your design decisions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a track record of leading design initiatives and collaborating effectively with diverse teams
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools (experience with Figma preferred)
• Familiarity with AI and LLM concepts is a bonus, helping you bridge advanced technology with intuitive design.
