We want you to work closely with our project teams to tackle complex problems, own the design process and shape strategy for our clients.

Collaborate cross-functionally with our team of designers, developers, sales and strategists. Day-to-day you’ll work closely with our team to develop a shared vision, champion the user experience in our client projects and ship impactful work.

 

• Drive the experience strategies to impact the Exo Digital client projects now and in their future vision
• Provide design teams with the coaching, direction, leadership, and support vital to envision and ship specific projects with a user focus effectively
• Bring your experience of customer-centric experience design thinking and practices to our teams
• Establish and maintain a high-quality bar for shipped experiences
• Suggest improvements to design and performance to product engineers
• Coordinate with designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase
• Mentor and provide support to our design team

 

Requirements

• You can communicate clearly and have a high degree of influence with all kinds of partners, including senior leadership
• You’re passionate about the craft of customer experience
• You have the passion and ability to step into the customer’s shoes to ensure customer centricity
• You have proven experience developing and maintaining healthy, productive teams
• You have a portfolio that demonstrates strong user experience and interaction design informed by empathy for the user
