The Role: 

 

We are expanding our content development team, who deliver high quality, engaging, accredited healthcare eLearning. The team currently use AI technologies and 3D assets to create virtual world scenario-based training alongside standard eLearning. We work closely with software development teams to investigate the use of AR and VR to assess movement and create new learner journey designs.

 

Because of this we are looking for someone who is not only a skilled eLearning content developer but also has an eye on emerging tech, a strong desire to innovate and a passion to change the way that learning is delivered.  

 

You will need to be trusted and reliable in design, contributing to learning outcomes, creating clear storyboards, and developing beautiful content. 

 

You will agree and work to a visible schedule for content development and be adept at version control, being accountable for content reviews and final quality checks. 

 

Being flexible and quick to adapt is important as we are continually innovating and feeding into the design and creation of new content and platform tools.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Subject Matter Experts internally and externally.

• Use instructional design techniques to develop storyboards.

• Develop content that is beautiful and innovative. 

• Produce work that excites and attracts traffic to learning platforms. 

• Experiment with new technologies and AI.

• Work closely with software developers to design new tools and create new ways of delivering training. 

 

Engaging the learner and meeting the brief:

• Based on a solid understanding of how people learn and new learning technologies you are determined to change the learning industry for the better. 

• You will work within a team of learning professionals to conceptualise, design and develop award-winning, accredited learning.

• Taking on complex briefs, you will ask questions and clarify the goals to translate these requirements into innovative eLearning solutions that engage to bring learning to life.

• You will structure content to make sure that it’s logical, clear and makes it easy for the learner to absorb.

• Continually look for new ways to innovate in how learning is produced and delivered.

 

 

What we need from you: 

• Experience working with Articulate Storyline.

• Experience turning base content into well designed storyboards.

• A strong interest in experimenting with new technologies.

• Experience creating scenario or story-based learning content.

• Experience with 3D assets is desirable. 

• Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine is desirable.

• Video editing experience is desirable
