This is an IC (Individual Contributor) role at first, moving to a leadership and management role over the coming years. You'll be responsible for leading all the UX and UI requirements for our platform. You'll be part of the product team and will provide a lot of creative direction to help shape the product and bring our business to life. You will be responsible for managing project timelines to ensure designs are completed on time. There will be a lot of autonomy but guided a by a clear set of business goals.

 

• Designing user interfaces to maximize the user experience while understanding technical enablers and constraints
• Creating wireframes and prototypes to share ideas and user stories used to develop our software
• Supporting product and development staff with insights into user experience best practices combined with an understanding of how our clients can use our platform most effectively
• User research to understand how our users interact with our products
• Ensuring consistency of UX/UI within each product and our brand

Requirements

• Ability to work a UK working day (GMT and BST 9am to 6pm)
• Proven experience as a Digital Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role - at least 3 years experience
• Versed in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Experience in UX Design, UI Design and User Testing
• Skilled in conducting user interviews, surveys and usability testing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have a flexible and thorough approach to work
• Able to work in fast-paced environments and work effectively under pressure
• Up-to-date with the latest design trends and UX/UI best practices
• Ability to work individually and also collaboratively as part of a team

• Experience working in start-ups and scale-ups
• A passion for using your skills to make great products that have a positive impact
• Ability to come into a London office when required for hybrid working
