[Hiring] Design Leader @Outliant

We’re looking to hire a full-time, remote Design Leader to join Outliant. For this role, you will be responsible for managing the design team and overseeing the design process from initial client meetings to the final product. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional design solutions that meet their business needs while managing resources and driving business growth. The Design Leader will be responsible for managing a team of designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Manage the design team and workflow to ensure all requests are fulfilled within the deadlines

• Act as the solution architect for design, collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into compelling UI/UX designs

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the face of the design team and building trust through exceptional service delivery

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features that have a high impact on clients and low cost to develop

• Identify opportunities for business growth through design innovation and strategy

• Continuously improve the design process to ensure optimal efficiency and quality

• Manage resources effectively to ensure team members are properly allocated to projects

• Provide mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

 

Key Qualifications:

 

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role

• Strong client-facing skills with a proven track record of managing client relationships and driving business growth

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about design solutions

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and processes to non-designers

• Experience managing teams and projects with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results

• Strong business acumen with experience developing design strategies that align with business goals

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Passion for design and continuous learning

• Excellent English communication skills (B2 to C2 level)

• English resume is a strict requirement
