• You will need to - at all times - > Stay up-to-date with the changes & trends in our client's industry and adapt our strategies accordingly
• Guide or direct the video editors and content producers on marketing strategies and ads/content production
• You will manage a team of video editors/video editors to ensure all work produced meets the brief & the requirements
• Strategize video Ads and images Ads that hit a good performance score regularly
• Formulate strategies with the Media Buyers on seasonal campaigns etc.
• I advise you to be very detail-oriented and highly organised here to not lose track of our objectives and priorities!

• Driving Performance on Ad account through creatives
• Building Creative Process for the team
• Creative Angles Research ( messaging, formats, trend, competitors)
• Creative Planning
• Creative Analysis ( track performance of key metrics )
• Briefing content for UGC
• Briefing content for Creative Agency Production
• Edit Videos when it’s necessary

Requirements

"Here are the requirements we would need from you..."

• Track record in e-commerce/start-up environment
• Have more than 5 years of experience in producing converting video ads for social platforms
• Worked with Direct to customer e-commerce brands
• Already used project management tools such as Asana, Google suites, Slack, Zoom etc.
• Master your creative tools!
