Creative Producer

Heaven Media is a marketing agency that delivers campaigns globally. We operate solely within the computer gaming and esports industry with specialist knowledge and experience within this market. Our core services are PR, events, sponsorships, influencers, social media and content creation, creative services (video production and photography), advertising, and computer equipment hire.

As part of our continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Creative Producer to join our Creative Services (fully remote). Creative Services are a talented multi-discipline team responsible for the creation and delivery of a large variety of high-quality video, print and digital media assets used to promote and celebrate our diverse portfolio of clients and their brands. As Creative Producer you will help ensure the smooth operation of the team and the continued success of our campaigns.

This role is at the heart of our creative output, making sure that our creative team are briefed, on track, aligned and shoots are prepared. You will want to find a process for everything, and make sure that we are constantly evolving and improving what we do. We’re looking for someone who thrives in ensuring our processes are at the heart of what we do, whether that's managing projects, stakeholders, or clients. Our Creative Producer will be fundamental in ensuring that we hit deadlines, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and aim to deliver award-winning work...and learn from it.

• Be an expert in time management, your own and that of others. You make sure we hit deadlines and that everyone knows what they’re supposed to be doing.
• You’re not a mathematician, but you’re interested in data. It helps inform a lot of what we do.
• Utilise programmes such as Monday.com, Slack, Teams, Frame.io, Excel and Dropbox for project management, delivery, and communication.
• Ensuring that work is created on time, to a high quality and meets the requirements of multiple stakeholders.
• Be assertive and able to communicate confidently across teams.
• Can create and deliver the organisational aspects of content production, including (but not necessarily limited to) risk assessments, location scouting and sourcing, equipment hires and travel.
• You can manage a production budget from concept to completion (end to end).
• File and folder management, to ensure that everyone knows where everything is, and owns this process and sorting.
• In a team full of idealists, we're looking for a realist, who accepts a situation as it is and is prepared to deal with it accordingly.
• Ability to prioritise projects in line with wider business objectives.
• Can hold people accountable to timelines, and manage people without authority, including senior leadership.
• You’ll need to be able to take clear, concise but incredibly informative notes.
• Proactive at scheduling and facilitating planning meetings and check-ins throughout a project.
• Keep clients and internal departments fully always informed, up to date with projects and happy with all aspects of our service through regular contact.
• Source creative talent options and decide on the best creative and productive approach to achieving the brief and manage this outsourcing process.

• Build strong relationships with freelancers, and suppliers, engaging them so that they are motivated to deliver high-quality results for Heaven’s clients.
• Come equipped with a crystal ball, because we want you to identify if there are problems ahead of time.

Requirements

• 3+ Year’s Experience in Producing / Coordinating / Project Management / Account Handling in House or Agency.
• 2+ Year’s Experience in Post-Production / Animation or Video Games environment.
• 2+ Year Client Handling.
• Good computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Believe in work/life balance - part of your responsibilities will be to ensure the team isn’t overworked and have the chance to remain creative at every stage of the process.

Desirable :

• An interest in video games, design, photography & video.
• Experience using Zapier / Workable / Xero / SAP.
• Client-facing, liaising experience.
• Extravert Confident.
• Sales/Business Development Responsibilities.
• Adobe Suite (review and check etc. to basic level).
