What you will do:

• Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
• Prioritize work and resources based on short- and long-term needs, and develop schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production artists
• Pitch ideas and present creative vision clearly to clients, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of their creative team
• Study, evaluate, and redesign creative processes
• Lead a team of creative professionals
• Hire and train new memebers of creative teams
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Sales/Growth departments to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements, develop sales plans, analyze results, and identify opportunities
