A Brand Designer has a genuine passion for design and creative culture. In this role, you will produce concepts and brand designs intended for us across a variety of formats including platforms, websites, social media, XR, physical environments, and more.

The Brand Designer will work to a brief from the client, conceptualize ideas, and design solutions to satisfy the client’s goals and objectives. You will work with the client, other designers, copywriters, artists and account managers, seeing projects through to production. You are also capable of working independently, have excellent organizational skills, and work towards supporting and collaborating with your design and strategy team. At the end of the day we want you to stand on the crossroads of being obsessive with details, while never losing sight of the bigger picture.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Brand Designer.
• A strong portfolio of work demonstrating experience and brand applications
• Design or redesigning an identity for a product, service or organization.
• Developing ideas and strategies that show insight and innovation.
• Researching clients and their commercial environment, objectives and the subjects at hand.
• Collaborate with UX Design to create and maintain a cohesive and consistent brand experience between Marketing and Product.
• Continually iterate on concepts in an effort to make the brand relevant and relatable to our audience(s).
• Implementing the creative execution during the design stages of client projects, under the direction of a Creative Director or Design Director.
• Being capable of taking responsibility for owning, shaping, developing and delivering creative projects.
• Briefing and overseeing production while paying excellent attention to detail and where applicable to the client’s existing brand guidelines.
• Prior creative/digital agency experience.
• Experience collaborating in distributed multidisciplinary teams.
