[Hiring] Data Practice Lead @Zaizi

As part of that growth, we are now prepared to grow our capability to new heights within Data Science where we are looking to support the Public sector while playing a key role in transforming the way the public sector and central gov make use of Data.

We are looking for a curious, self-motivated and results-driven person to play a key role in driving healthier practices in Data Management and help guide how we and our clients use data that they are gathering allowing for better data management and how it is shared, across Public Sector and Central Government projects driving meaningful change for the public of the UK.

Requirements

• Good understanding and experience with Data Governance and Data Quality tools
• Great leadership who wants to share their experience and expertise and encourage the same from everyone to bring out the best in all and allow for great cross pollination of skills.
• Track record of building and mentoring and a team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Data Analysts.
• High level experience working with Databricks software.
• Good knowledge of Machine Learning and cloud based tools.
• Track record of building and mentoring and a team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Data Analysts.
• We are looking for an advocate for healthy and inclusive Agile methods.
• Experience building healthy relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Someone who will promote and encourage collaboration across project and Platform teams.
• Experience in the design and build of solution & technical architectures for enterprise data & analytics platforms Data & Analytics implementation experience, including data acquisition, wrangling, cleansing & data quality, integration & transformation, storage, analytics, BI & Visualisation, reporting & master data management
• Experience building Data Pipelines (ETL/ELT)
• Knowledge and experience with hosted cloud data solutions with either AWS, Microsoft Azure or GCP.

 

Nice to have:

• UK Government and Public sector.
• Working on SC or DV cleared projects would be beneficial
• Digital Transformation Project experience.

SC Clearance:

Zaizi works with UK Central Government departments on a range of projects. To be able to work on our customer projects, employees must be Security Cleared to a standard acceptable to our Government customers. Due to this restriction we can currently only recruit candidates who have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship and who have lived in the UK for the last 5+ years continuously.

 

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000
