The Role:

As the perfect candidate, you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a talent for troubleshooting. With your exceptional communication skills and technical expertise, you'll be the frontline for our customers, helping them with video calls, emails, and chat support.

Not only will you be managing our community and social media presence, but you'll also play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our mobile and desktop apps. With your thorough testing and detailed reporting, you'll be instrumental in delivering top-notch experiences for our customers.

At Beeper You Will:
  • Provide technical support to customers via video call, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our clients

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries on social media and community platforms

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of technical support processes and procedures

  • Write technical articles for a general audience to be used in the company's blog or knowledge base.

  • Test mobile and desktop apps on various devices and platforms

  • Create and maintain test plans and test cases

  • Act as the liaison between our users and the product development team by effectively communicating user feedback and needs to inform and influence product decisions and improvements.

  • Identify and report bugs and issues found within the platform

What We're Looking For:
  • 2-5 years of technical support experience

  • Strong knowledge of web apps and related technologies

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proven ability to manage customer inquiries and complaints

  • Experience with community management and social media platforms

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Experience in writing technical articles for a general audience, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot and report bugs
