The Opportunity:

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about showcasing the brand on social media, and looking to help grow our presence on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. You’ll be a driving force in increasing the brand's awareness and exposure while also engaging with our community.

Responsibilities:

• Manage will handle day-to-day engagement on all social platforms including but not limited to direct messages, public comments, tagged photos and pending message requests
• Manage will curate a weekly social schedule
• Manager will report analytics, as well as any trends in performance or content.
• Keep up to date with industry and social media changes, trends and popular topics
• Connect with our Alpha Lion Community
• Partner with Brand and Digital Marketing teams to help capture and tell stories about the Alpha Lion community
• Think one step ahead of social trends, what is the next great thing?
• You're sharp and witty, and you've demonstrated an engaging voice that gets attention and stands out.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media content curation and management.
• 2+ years of experience with creating organic posts, monitoring comments and direct messages, and organizing content-calendars
• Active Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Accounts (bonus: YouTube Channel)
• Functional knowledge of social media KPIs (analyzing account performance)
• Ability to work on the go and film/post content in real-time
• Passion for things digital and social media
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a face-paced environment and receive positive and/or constructive feedback
• Critical thinker & attention to detail
• Impressive communication skills along with proper follow through
• Ability to spark your own creativity and imagination.
