What kind of work would you be doing?

This is a unique and interesting role which holds dual focus as a Project Manager and a Customer Success Manager.

As a PM:

  • Leading the end-to-end project management process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including external partners to deliver the ProScope product activation as part of the wider NetSuite implementation.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

As a CSM:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique business needs.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to understand client satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for additional value and recommend tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.
  • Proactively manage client expectations, provide guidance, and ensure the successful adoption of our products and services.

Requirements

What achievements should you have so far?

  • To add immediate value and to succeed in this role; you will be a seasoned project and customer success manager, preferably within ERP implementations.
  • A project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly advantageous) as well as a strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • This is the most important part!  We want to retain and build on our collaborative and engaging culture, so we need people to help us achieve this.
  • You’ll possess superb interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in project management software and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
