Requirements

• Handle incoming calls from patients regarding service and treatment inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to patients and understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions
• Utilize the office's management software and services to accurately and effectively schedule patient treatments
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the internal office team
• Proficient with Word and Excel
• Detail oriented
• Experience as a customer call agent desired
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and possibly weekends and overtime as required.
