Community Manager (Chinese)

The role is based in the GMT+8 Timezone. We can engage you in Singapore, China or remotely if applicable.

DeGate is limit orders, decentralised. 

We are an order book-centric Decentralised Exchange (DEX) trading protocol that is secured by Ethereum, utilising a Decentralised Autonomous Organisation (DAO) structure that has full control over its treasury. As a next-gen DEX, DeGate aims to make decentralised exchange trading mainstream and accessible to all, with key features such as Order Book Trading, Leverage Capabilities, and Super-fast Transaction Times amongst others.

 

 

We are looking for individuals who are keen to join our group of talented project contributors. You are someone who: 

• has an immense interest in blockchain-related technology
• well on your way to being a Crypto-Native 
• has an insatiable thirst for growth and learning, 
• is keen to build and grow together with the industry

 

• Actively manage all manner of activities in relation to the Chinese blockchain community.
• Drive community engagement, evangelize and represent DeGate brand and product to a fast-growing global blockchain community across a variety of local and international social media platforms.
• Actively manage communication and conversations from various social media channels.
• Build and nurture relationships with ecosystem stakeholders in the Ethereum community.
• Assist with the education and onboarding of partners, designing incentive programs, and ensuring a successful partnership.
• Inspire growth, excitement, and education about our product within the ecosystem.

 

• 2+ years of working experience (internship counts).
• Native Mandarin (due to the requirement to interact with the Chinese community) and professional English Fluency.
• Good interest in Cryptocurrency and Blockchain technology, preferably someone who is a Crypto Native user.
• Have participated in various community groups within the industry.
• Excellent communicator, able to distil complex topics and processes in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills. Technical background is a plus.
