Call Centre Agent - $18.00-$22.00/hour + Benefits.

We are one of Canada's premiere fundraising call centres. We provide a warm and friendly voice to many of the largest and most respected charities in Canada. We provide outbound fundraising calls to current and past supporters to raise funds for important causes around the globe. There are no cold calls or high-pressure tactics, but we are a performance team and results matter. We hope they motivate you as well.

Inspire Direct Marketing is a Canadian fundraising agency on a mission to inspire fundraising.

About You:

• You are looking for full-time hours, 40 hours a week
• Available to work evenings, until 10:00 pm EST Monday to Thursday
• A minimum of 2 years' customer service and call centre experience
• You have exceptional customer service and communication skills
• You are technically savvy and self-reliant

Requirements:

• A USB headset and webcam
• A secure high-speed internet (25 mbps down/5 mbps up)
• A private home office (with door)
• A newer-version Windows PC or laptop computer (Apple or Mac are not supported)
