[Hiring] Senior Business Designer @Board of Innovation

Disclaimer: This role can be done (remotely) from anywhere where it's comfortable to work within CET. Board of Innovation EMEA is looking for a Senior Business Designer who speaks German to join big innovation projects (f.e. designing and running corporate accelerators), as well as developing new business opportunities with corporate clients. The role will be available from May 2023.

As a Senior Business Designer (that’s what we call it) in our company, you deliver work streams on projects end to end and also manage the complete delivery of smaller projects independently and raise the bar consistently. You have a broad foundational understanding across all innovation capabilities and you have deep expertise in performance marketing and can validate a problem, solution, and market fit as well as de-risk business hypotheses through lean digital experiments and quantitative research.

• You support corporate innovation teams in their quest for new desirable, viable, and feasible business opportunities. Together you turn these opportunities into significant business value and results (e.g. by creating disruptive new business models, generating actual new revenue streams, coaching a new product launch, etc.).
• You analyze your current account management strategy and processes and are able to spot bottlenecks and opportunities across
• You deeply understand the needs of clients and translate these into compelling solutions and sales proposals to help us grow the EMEA market
• You identify the most relevant touch points of the customer journeys and personas to select the relevant experiments
• You participate in competitive tenders and create stand-out stories when the new biz team asks for your help
• You map out stakeholders in a large corporate context and are able to grow meaningful client partnerships accordingly
• You closely collaborate with other business designers and account managers
• You can financially manage a team from client billing to profitability.

• You help clients (200K+) shape and execute their growth and innovation strategies by building and coaching their internal innovation teams

Requirements

• Substantial relevant experience in Business Design (e.g. as a senior innovation consultant, senior business designer, business lead,...)
• Strong background in Healthcare industry is preferred
• Substantial relevant experience in the execution of project work (e.g. within innovation, management consulting, facilitation, business design)
• Must have experience building relationships at the leadership level of global enterprises
• Must be passionate and knowledgeable about customer-centric design, corporate innovation, new business models and next-generation technologies
• Must have experience in building proposals tailored to their objectives that focus entirely on the deliverables that we can offer
• Ability to travel to participate in client engagements in EMEA (post covid)
