We are actively seeking a fully remote Operations Manager/Integrator to join our team.

Salary and Benefits

• The salary range will be $80K-120K, based on experience and credentials

Responsibilities

• Serve as the “Integrator” under Gino Wickman's Traction EOS framework – assisting with setting the strategy of the firm and leading the charge to implement that strategy.
• Manage workflow in the office to ensure that our client service standards are met

• Lead, manage, and hold team members accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments. Ensure everyone is truly following, and adhering to, the company's processes and operating system with consistency
• Resolve issues effectively – seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out problems, and solving the problems in a practical and helpful manner
• Manage relationships with external resource providers
• Manage HR for our small team

• Assist with some client service work as a backup
• Compile internal KPI metrics
• Prepare for and run internal meetings including quarterly strategy meetings with the help of our outside consultant

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in an RIA
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with and manage others
• Ability to work well with a team and independently

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Organized and detail oriented
• Good problem solving and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage projects as well as individually assigned tasks
• NOT required, but definitely a plus – experience with Schwab, Wealthbox, macOS

The Process

Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute phone interview conducted by our consultant who is the hiring manager for this position. If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates will be asked to take assessments in the process. A background and credit check will be required.
