Operations / Chief of Staff

Copilot is looking for an individual to play a critical role to help rapidly scale the business. It's a career-defining role for the right individual. You'll work directly with an experienced CEO.

• You'll be doing hands-on execution in a very wide variety of areas including: insurance, HR, procurement, finance, product, etc.
• You'll work directly with an experienced CEO of venture-funded companies

Qualifications:

• Outstanding at figuring new things out and executing quickly
• Must be very scrappy and very smart
• Very organized and can keep a team on task with timelines
• Great with looking at a problem and assessing how best to solve it and define lightweight processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Ideally 3+ years in an operations/chief of staff/project management role at a venture-backed startup
• Advanced experience with Excel / Google Sheets & PowerPoint / Google Slides

• Strong communicator who can build rapport and work with a wide variety of people
