[Hiring] Executive Virtual Assistant @The Badass Babe Squad

At the Badass Babe Squad, we are looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for administrative support to our team while working remotely. You will handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision with great attention to detail.

You are required to have experience of fulfilling various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. A strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Zoom.  Using Apple products is a must.

As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing our Coach's daily administrative tasks and providing exceptional support to our clients.

• Manage the Coach's email inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings with clients and team members
• Maintain the Coach's calendar and schedule, ensuring that all deadlines are met
• Manage contact lists and organize managers' calendars
• Prepare presentations
• Conduct research and gather information for special projects as needed
• Assist with social media management and content creation
• Prepare and send out newsletters and marketing emails
• Manage client information and maintain client records
• Assist with payment processing and invoicing
• Other duties as assigned

• At least 1 year of experience as a virtual executive assistant or administrative assistant
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient in Google Suite 
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter
• Familiarity with CRM's like Go High Level and Click Up
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with different online softwares and working in the health and fitness industry is a plus
• This is a virtual position, so candidates must have a reliable internet connection and their own computer. 
• The position is part-time with the potential to become full-time in the future.
