Manage accounts payable processes using Xero, including data entry, invoice verification, and payment scheduling.
Reconcile financial statements and assist in budget tracking as required.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and calls for executives.
Ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams regarding appointments and document requirements.
Conduct research on various topics as requested by executives.
Summarize findings and present them in a clear and concise manner.
Monitor and organize executives' email inboxes.
Draft and send emails on behalf of executives, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Write and proofread letters, memos, and other documents as needed.
Ensure that all outgoing correspondence maintains a professional tone and appearance.
Utilize MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Efficiently manage email communication using email software.
Work with Xero for accounts payable and financial management tasks.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant.
Strong proficiency in using Xero for accounts payable tasks.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and proactively prioritize tasks
Strong problem-solving and research abilities.
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
