As a Business Designer (that’s what we call it) in our company, you deliver work streams on projects end to end and also manage complete delivery of smaller projects independently and raise the bar consistently. You have a broad foundational understanding across all innovation capabilities and you have a deep expertise in performance marketing and can validate a problem, solution and market fit as well as de-risk business hypotheses through lean digital experiments and quantitative research.

Requirements

Board of Innovation is committed to open source - all our tools and frameworks are available on our website (in case you didn’t already know that) and you can download as many as you like to use in any way you like. That should tell you something about how we think about Innovation - what we do goes beyond frameworks and methodologies. We hire people who think bigger than the box and don’t need the template - the original thinkers.

We are methodology agnostic. So there is no handy manual to tell you how to innovate. We look for fast learners who can see a client problem from a different angle and find smarter ways to answer strategic questions.

We are remote first. We optimize all our processes and communication channels for those who work remotely.. We value trust over control so don’t expect to be micromanaged - you need to be a self-starter with the confidence to work it out and get things moving.
