Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the founders and C-suite to scale the business profitably

• Ensure quality, efficiency and budget metrics are met across company operations

• Manage and scale the website creation process and post-purchase service operations

• Manage and scale human operations, talent & legal

• Lead people operations to recruit the best talent for the right positions

• Increase operating efficiency without impacting the customer experience

• Manage offices in different countries, evaluate new needs/ opportunities

• Head of Content Operations

• Head of Customer Support

• Head of Talent

Job requirements:

• Prior experience as Chief Operating Officer or comparable senior operator

• Track-record of high-impact execution scaling business operations

• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

• Confident decision-maker and problem-solver

• Comfortable working in a startup environment

Please note that this position can be based in the US, UK or Europe (UTC-5 to UTC+2). Salary is negotiable pending experience.
