nepf, LLC is seeking Change Management Consultant to help our clients manage change for their strategic programs and projects.  In this role you will have the opportunity to work as part of a team on client projects, playing a pivotal part in ensuring the delivery of innovative, impactful, and sustainable transformation strategies for our clients. Our team is based primarily in Southern California across LA and Orange County, but valuing the flexibility of remote work and with clients across the country, this role is open to qualified candidates across the United States. This position suits an individual with 2-5+ years of existing Change Management experience who is a results-oriented go-getter with a passion for change and transformation and is ready to work collaboratively in helping our clients thrive in this rapidly changing world.

Your Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assume a Change Management Consultant role to support and deliver transformational change for initiatives that implement new ways of working, new processes and systems at our clients
• Interact with team members and clients at different levels in large company settings
• Deliver assigned work deliverables in collaboration with team members and with inputs from stakeholders
• Identify potential organization risk, resistance, and gaps, and work to develop and implement mitigation and/or correction actions
• Creatively and effectively present outcomes to stakeholders and gain client stakeholder buy-in
• Support business development and internal offering development activities

What Will Make You a Good Fit for This Position:

• 2-5+ years of relevant Organization Change Management experience in a large company setting
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• A passion for Transformation and the role that technology is playing in shaping of the modern workforce
• Strong attention to detail and proven delivery excellence with the ability to self-start and work independently
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, energetic and professional demeanor, and highly client-oriented are all must-have characteristics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client-facing consulting experience working with large, complex, and/or enterprise-wide programs is a benefit
