We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our high performing team. Business Analysts at Blueground focus on identifying opportunities, conducting rigorous analyses, defining metrics, and generating insights to provide actionable recommendations. As a Business Analyst you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and city General Managers across multiple markets. What you will focus on:

• Define market level strategy and support pricing operations
• Develop dashboards and reports to assess the performance and impact of pricing decisions
• Lead cross-functional projects & partner with managers to better understand business goals, develop strategies & ensure successful implementation
• Build models to evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of every market
• Communicate data analyses and recommendations to leadership and relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to develop demand and pricing forecasting models
• Research market trends and competitor data to identify revenue optimization opportunities

What we are looking for:

• 2+years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Be data-driven and detail-oriented, with an eye for the larger picture and long-term implications
• Ability to work cross-functionally, drive alignment, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced excel skills
• Fluency in English
• Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and/or Google Sheets will be considered a plus

• Behavioral Dialogue with Talent Acquisition Team (30m)
• Dialogue with Pricing Director and Pricing Manager
• Dialogue with SVP of Product & Pricing
