The company

Jumanji Studio is a startup studio founded by experienced entrepreneurs and investors in the impact space with the goal to bring the best of entrepreneurship against environmental issues.

We believe that the ecological transition needs to happen with new players and solutions. We empower driven entrepreneurs in a synergic way to build and grow businesses with strong impact potential in the fields of circular economy and impact ecosystems.

As a startup studio we design solutions from scratch, finance and grow them into independent startups with their own team that we carefully build with extraordinary entrepreneurs.

Since 2019, we’ve launched 4 startups, brought in 7 entrepreneurs and 70 experts, sold our 1st startup, and raised a cumulative $4m across our studio startups.

Partner Buddy - We have 2 positions to fill in.

As a Partner Buddy trainee, you will work closely with one of the Jumanji partners and will participate in a diverse range of projects that support the realization of Jumanji’s and our startups’ objectives and growth.

Your mission will be quite diverse - from strategic to financial and more operational - and will depend on which partner you work with, but in all cases you will be at the heart of Jumanji Studio’s startup development and management engine.

Your role(s)

We are looking for highly independent and versatile individuals and generally hire based on attitude more than hard skills.

Each role is also likely to have a significant business development angle, to augment each partner’s effort in the portfolio startups.

Some examples of the missions that you can have: Daily operations in the dedicated startup, Business development strategy, Business development campaigns, Branding operations.

Requirements

Profile

You probably already decided you wanted a career with a bigger purpose, and might want to start your own business someday.

We are looking for dynamic and independent profiles, with a get-stuff done attitude with an excellent oral and written command of English.

Your competencies: Agility, reactiveness, adaptability, ability to prioritize, ability to work under pressure (of tight deadlines)

Benefits

- Paid internship: Legal minimum in France (no visa sponsorised)

- 5 month period from mid of August to end of December 2023

- Hybrid (remote and in-person) possible in Paris and Biarritz.
