We are looking for a dedicated Health Coach to join Big Sur Health Center, a leading healthcare provider. As a Health Coach at Big Sur Health Center, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects aimed at enhancing the health and wellness of our clients. Your role will involve providing one-on-one coaching, developing educational materials, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. • Create personalized health plans based on individual needs and goals
• Conduct coaching sessions to support clients in achieving their health objectives
• Monitor client progress and provide ongoing guidance and motivation
• Develop and deliver educational workshops on various health topics
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care and referrals
• Stay updated on the latest health trends and research in the field
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

• Associate degree in Health Coaching, Nutrition, or related field
• Certification as a Health Coach from a recognized program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic approach and ability to build rapport with clients
• Knowledge of behavior change theories and motivational interviewing techniques
• Experience in developing and implementing health education programs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in using technology for virtual coaching sessions and record-keeping
