Lume is on a mission to normalize body odor beyond the pits and provide people with outrageously effective solutions so they never have to think twice about odor! Our Whole Body Deodorants can be used for any unwanted odorâfrom pits, to privates and beyond. Itâs doctor-developed, made with skin-safe ingredients that are gentle enough for the most sensitive parts and clinically proven to control any external B.O. for 72 hours. In 2023, we launched a menâs line called Mando. Â Mando uses the same technology as Lume but has different scent profiles.
We are a 6-year-old fast growing, omni-channel deodorant and personal care brand thatâs transforming the way that humans do hygiene. We joined forces with Harryâs, another disruptive brand with great people and infrastructure, to accelerate our growth. We are a team of self-starters that roll up our sleeves and get it done. Our style is collaborative and very fast-paced so an adaptive personality is a must.

About the Team:
The demand planning team at Lume is responsible for forecasting and analyzing the business and is part of the Supply Chain organization. This team plays a critical role in ensuring efficient operational performance and in enabling senior management to make business-optimizing decisions through the process installation and best in class forecast accuracy.Â

About the Role:
We are looking for a high-performing analytical and collaborative person to join our demand planning team. This role will focus mainly on Retail forecasting, but will require process installation across channels.They will work in close collaboration with the broader Commercial, Analytics, Operations, and Finance teams and have frequent interaction with multiple company departments. This is also an opportunity that affords significant exposure to and impact on senior-level operations, finance and strategy for a high-growth consumer brand.Â

Manage projects that improve the accuracy and efficiency of our forecasting efforts:

The base salary hiring range for this position is $87,020-$110,000 (Tier 3).
The final compensation offer will ultimately be based on several considerations, such as the candidateâs location, skill level and experience. For candidates located outside of the target geographic area, base salary hiring ranges will be adjusted accordingly. This role is primarily hiring candidates in our Tier 3 geographic areas.Eligible states: AZ, CA, CO, GA, IL, KY, MA, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA
